RETURNS

All our products are made on demand on size and color and therefore can not be returned. If there are any damages to the packaging, the customer must write this down on the receipt from the transport company and send pictures of the damages to Studio Martell.

If the product is damaged, the replacement will be made at no charge to the customer. In that case the product has to be returned to the transport company in the original box.
