Delivery

The production time is between 6-8 weeks.

We deliver most of our tables and beds on a pallet in a box for maximum protection and all our deliveries are until the front door on the street.

RETURNS

All our products are made on demand on size and color and therefore can not be returned.

Upon receipt of the order, we kindly ask you to note the following:
If any damage to the packaging is observed, this must be stated on the transport company’s delivery note.
In addition, we ask that you take photos of the damage and send them to Studio Martell.

If the  product .has been damaged in transport, the replacement will be made at no charge to the customer

The original product has to be returned in the same box.
