Delivery and Returns

Production and delivery

The production time is approximately 8–10 weeks.

All Studio Martell furniture is manufactured after the order has been placed, specifically according to the customer's selected specifications, including size and colour.

The beds are carefully packaged and delivered in sturdy cardboard boxes.

The tables are placed on a pallet and protected in a wooden crate to provide maximum protection during transport.

Delivery conditions

  • Kerbside delivery only
  • No delivery inside the property
  • No assembly or installation service is provided

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that there is suitable access for the transport vehicle.

Returns and Transport Damage

Because our furniture is specifically manufactured for each customer according to the selected specifications, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned simply because the customer has changed their mind after placing the order.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or otherwise does not conform to the agreement.

Transport damage

When receiving your order, please carefully inspect the packaging and the furniture.

If you notice any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery:

  • Please have the damage noted on the carrier's delivery document.
  • Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging before opening it, where possible.
  • Take photographs of the furniture if any damage is discovered.
  • Contact Studio Martell as soon as possible at info@studiomartell.com, including your order number and the photographs.

If the furniture has been damaged during transport, Studio Martell will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where replacement is required, the replacement will be made and delivered at no additional cost to the customer.

If the damaged furniture needs to be returned, Studio Martell will provide instructions regarding the return. Please retain the original packaging until Studio Martell has confirmed that it is no longer required.

Studio Martell will coordinate the return with the transport company where applicable.
